abstract painting where I have added layers of texture and depth.

As I painted this painting, I let the layers tell me where to go next almost as if the painting was painting itself!! I used to often chase inspiration, believing I had to actively seek it to create meaningful work. But then I learned that inspiration was not something to be found, but something to be received.... by my past, what I experience, how I view life and so much more.
