Highly textured, Mixed media

"Ethereal Echoes" was painting in layers of paint, mediums, marks and to me ended up as a rough palette of whites, blacks and grays. As I immerse myself in painting each layer, I was transported to a world where rough marks mixed with soft muted areas intertwine in a loud story. The many scratches and layers seem to ask me to make more marks through the paint layers down to the first layer.
