Highly textured Abstract (could be landscape) based on the thoughts of being once a caretaker of someone with Alzheimer’s. The bottom has an addition of layered paint, wooden papers and sgraffito with graphite.  The top is a gradation of black to smoky blacks with sgraffito to reveal the layer underneath.  Almost like the mind looking for words in a hazy world of this black world.  I used to ask my mother what her mind felt, and she would say, I feel blank inside my head like it is black looking for my world.  I added a square piece of paper to represent a moment of remembering….  I did the sides in the same black……………
